1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bdk3 website at bdk3.vip, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered through the bdk3 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered through bdk3, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti), slot games, crash games (including Aviator), and any promotional or referral programmes such as the Earn Money programme.

Your continued use of the bdk3 platform after any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. bdk3 will endeavour to notify registered account holders of material changes via the email or contact number associated with their account, but such notification is provided as a courtesy and does not alter your obligation to remain informed of the current terms.

These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any dispute, the English-language version of these terms shall be the authoritative and binding version.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

The bdk3 platform is strictly available to persons aged 18 years or older. By using the bdk3 platform, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age. Underage gambling is illegal and bdk3 has a zero-tolerance policy toward it.

2.1 Age Verification

bdk3 reserves the right to request age verification documentation from any account holder at any time. You may be required to submit government-issued identification — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed for the first time.

Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited, and any deposited funds may be returned to the payment source after investigation, at bdk3's sole discretion.

2.2 Eligibility Criteria

In addition to the age requirement, to be eligible to use the bdk3 platform you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You are not using the platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of bdk3 is lawful in your location.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You have not been self-excluded from the bdk3 platform or any other online gambling platform under an active self-exclusion agreement.
• You do not suffer from a gambling addiction or compulsive gambling disorder that would make your use of this platform harmful to your wellbeing.
• The funds you deposit and use on the bdk3 platform are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of criminal activity.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of bdk3 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, making deposits, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and requires a valid mobile number and a secure password at minimum.

3.1 Account Creation Rules

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active bdk3 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at registration. Providing false details — including a false name, false date of birth, or a mobile number not belonging to you — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Account updates: You are responsible for keeping your account information current. If your mobile number, payment method, or personal details change, you must update your account profile promptly or notify [email protected].
• Non-transferability: Your bdk3 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. bdk3 strongly recommends that you use a unique, complex password not used on any other platform, and that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings where available.

bdk3 will never ask for your password, your bKash or Nagad PIN, or any one-time SMS verification code via email, phone call, or any messaging application including WhatsApp or Telegram. Any communication requesting such information is fraudulent and should be reported to [email protected] immediately.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bdk3 support immediately via live chat or email. bdk3 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

3.3 KYC Verification

bdk3 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to protect the integrity of the platform. KYC verification is required before processing a player's first withdrawal and may also be triggered by unusual account activity at any time. Documents typically requested include a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card or passport) and proof of payment method ownership.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period following a request will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed satisfactorily.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the bdk3 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdk3 does not charge currency conversion fees. Deposits and withdrawals are processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and select Bangladesh bank transfers.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum deposit per transaction: ৳500,000 (subject to your chosen payment method's own limits).
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your bdk3 wallet in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes of transaction confirmation.
• bdk3 does not accept deposits from third parties. The name and mobile number on the payment account used for deposits must match the details on your bdk3 account. Deposits from unverified or mismatched sources may be held pending investigation and returned.
• bdk3 reserves the right to set deposit limits at the platform level independent of your personal account limits. These platform limits will be communicated on the deposit page.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum withdrawal per transaction: ৳200,000 (higher limits may apply to VIP accounts).
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• bdk3 commits to processing bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) within six hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. These timelines are targets, not guarantees, and may be extended during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required.
• bdk3 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if such checks are initiated.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined if your account has an unresolved active bonus with pending wagering requirements, or if KYC verification has not been completed.

4.3 Responsible Financial Use

Players are encouraged to set deposit limits from their account settings dashboard to manage their gambling expenditure. bdk3 also provides session time limits and loss limit tools. The use of these tools does not constitute financial advice, and bdk3 accepts no liability for losses incurred while these tools are inactive.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

bdk3 offers promotional bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, cashback programmes, and referral rewards through the Earn Money programme from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus policy set out in this section.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each offer page. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10–30%). The contribution table is published on each offer's terms page.
• Expiry: Bonuses and the associated wagering requirements expire within the time period stated on the offer — typically 7 to 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum bet while bonus is active: While a bonus balance is active in your account, the maximum bet per round or per match market is ৳1,000 unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the offer terms. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• One bonus per player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one welcome bonus or promotional offer may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method.

5.2 Earn Money Referral Programme

The bdk3 Earn Money programme allows existing verified players to earn cash rewards by referring new players to the platform. A referral qualifies when the referred individual registers a new account using the referrer's unique referral link, completes KYC verification, and makes a qualifying first deposit of at least ৳500. The referral reward is credited to the referrer's bdk3 wallet in BDT within 48 hours of the qualifying conditions being met. Referral rewards are subject to a 5x wagering requirement before withdrawal. Self-referrals — creating secondary accounts to generate referral rewards — are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances across connected accounts.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bdk3 takes bonus integrity seriously. Any player found to be engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk hedging strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or collusion with other players — will have their bonus forfeited, their account suspended, and any winnings derived from the abuse reversed. Repeat offenders will have their accounts permanently closed.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets and casino games on the bdk3 platform are governed by the specific game or market rules published within each product. The following general rules apply across all bdk3 gaming products.

6.1 Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. If odds change between your initiating a bet and the bet being confirmed, bdk3 will notify you of the new odds and give you the option to accept or decline.
• bdk3 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by obvious pricing errors, technical faults, or corrupted data feeds. In such cases, stakes will be returned in full to the player's account.
• Bets on cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 internationals, ICC tournaments, and bilateral series — are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). Abandoned matches or matches with no result are settled as void unless in-play rules specify otherwise.
• Live in-play bets accepted after a key event (wicket, six, boundary) has occurred but before the odds have updated may be voided at bdk3's discretion if the bet was placed on materially incorrect odds.
• Minimum bet: ৳50. Maximum bet per market: subject to the per-event limits displayed on the betting slip at the time of bet placement. bdk3 reserves the right to adjust per-player bet limits at any time.

6.2 Casino & Live Casino Games

• All RNG (software) casino games on bdk3 use certified random number generators that have been independently tested for fairness. The RTP (return-to-player) percentage for each game is available from the game information panel within the bdk3 game lobby.
• Technical malfunctions in casino games — server disconnections, software errors, graphical glitches — void all affected game rounds. Bets placed on a voided round will be returned to the player's account. bdk3 accepts no liability for interrupted game sessions caused by your device, internet connection, or mobile data provider.
• Live casino games (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi) are governed by the rules of the respective game variant in play, as explained by the dealer or displayed within the game interface. bdk3 acts as the platform host; the game provider's rules apply to game outcomes.
• Crash games, including Aviator, use provably fair RNG mechanisms. Results are determined independently of bdk3's platform code and can be verified using the seed verification tools provided within the game interface.

6.3 Dispute Resolution for Gaming Outcomes

If you believe a bet or game round has been settled incorrectly, you must submit a dispute to [email protected] within 72 hours of the disputed settlement. Disputes submitted after this window may not be investigated. bdk3 will review all logged transaction and game data to determine the correct outcome and communicate its findings within five business days of receiving the dispute.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdk3 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

• Match fixing and corruption: Placing bets on sporting events where you have direct or indirect knowledge of, or involvement in, fixing the outcome of that event. This includes insider knowledge obtained through personal relationships with players, officials, or team management.
• Money laundering: Using the bdk3 platform to launder money, process proceeds of crime, or to conceal the origin of illegitimate funds. All suspicious transaction patterns are monitored and reported in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks, using stolen payment credentials, or providing false information to obtain deposits, bonuses, or withdrawals. Any confirmed chargeback will result in immediate account closure and recovery proceedings for the full amount disputed.
• Automated betting systems: Using bots, scripts, automated betting tools, or any software that interacts with the bdk3 platform in a manner not intended for human users. This includes automated bet placement tools, odds scrapers that place bets, or any form of artificial intelligence used to gain an unfair advantage over the platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to exploit casino game mechanics, poker-style games, or any live dealer game format in a way that unfairly advantages a group of players at the expense of the platform.
• Account sharing: Allowing another person to access, operate, or manage your bdk3 account. Each account must be operated exclusively by the registered account holder.
• VPN and proxy use: Accessing the bdk3 platform via VPN, proxy, or any IP masking technology. Use of such tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or platform security measures is a violation of these terms.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by bdk3

bdk3 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if bdk3 has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false registration information, or poses a risk to the integrity, security, or financial health of the platform.

Upon account suspension, access to games and betting markets will be disabled. Deposits will be blocked. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to suspension will be placed on hold pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, balances derived from the breach will be forfeited. Balances not associated with the breach will be returned to the verified payment method on file after the investigation concludes.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your bdk3 account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written closure request from your registered email or mobile number. Account closure requests are processed within five business days. Any verified remaining balance at the time of closure will be withdrawn to your verified payment method after any pending wagering requirements are resolved or bonus balances forfeited.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to exclude yourself from the bdk3 platform for responsible gaming reasons, you may request a self-exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended, deposits blocked, and all marketing communications ceased. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdk3 and its officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the bdk3 platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated winnings due to technical faults, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment provider failures.
• Loss or corruption of account data due to circumstances outside bdk3's direct control, including cyberattacks, force majeure events, or infrastructure failures by third-party hosting providers.
• Damages arising from your reliance on information published on the bdk3 platform, including odds, statistics, game results, or promotional content, where such information contained an error subsequently corrected.
• Losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials or your use of the platform on an unsecured device or network.
• Consequences arising from your use of the bdk3 platform in a jurisdiction where such use may be restricted or prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of bdk3 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

Where bdk3's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bdk3 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit bdk3's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

10. Amendments to These Terms

bdk3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates to platform features, changes in applicable law or regulatory guidance, adjustments to payment processing arrangements, or corrections of errors in previously published versions.

When material changes are made — meaning changes that meaningfully affect your rights or obligations as a player — bdk3 will provide advance notice via a site-wide notice on the bdk3 platform and, where practical, via a notification to the mobile number or email associated with your account. The notice period for material changes will be no less than seven calendar days unless the change is required to comply with an urgent legal or regulatory obligation.

Non-material changes — such as grammatical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a term, or formatting updates — may be made without advance notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the date of the most recent revision of any kind.

If you do not agree to any amended version of these Terms & Conditions, you must stop using the bdk3 platform and may request account closure as described in Section 8. Your continued use of the bdk3 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
